Simplifying Complexity Through Brand and UX Design
Everstead is a provider of digital and offline point-of-sale solutions, supporting businesses across a range of sectors. Working in partnership with Moreish Marketing and Fogarty & Patchett, Wurkhouse was appointed to refine the Everstead brand, rebuild the website within HubSpot CMS, and implement HubSpot lead management processes.

Everstead required a more refined and versatile brand identity that could effectively represent the wide variety of industries and customer needs they support. The business also needed a new HubSpot CMS website that clearly communicated its offering to both suppliers and customers, while ensuring all incoming leads were captured and managed efficiently within HubSpot.

Our Approach

Wurkhouse evolved the Everstead brand by softening key visual elements, including the logo icon, colour palette, and overall design tone. The updated identity introduced a more balanced and gender-neutral feel while maintaining a professional and trustworthy presence.

A key consideration throughout the project was ensuring the brand could comfortably span a broad range of sectors and customer journeys — from sensitive financial solutions such as funeral loans to more aspirational services like home improvements. The refreshed visual approach created a flexible brand system capable of supporting this diversity.

We further developed the brand by defining a consistent icon style, introducing imagery tailored to Everstead’s two key audiences — suppliers and customers — and creating supporting graphic elements alongside a mini brand guide to ensure consistency across future communications.

Alongside the brand work, Wurkhouse rebuilt the website within HubSpot CMS and implemented workflows to ensure all enquiries and leads were automatically captured and routed into HubSpot for efficient follow-up by the sales team.

The refreshed Everstead brand now delivers a more approachable, flexible, and modern identity that better reflects the breadth of industries and audiences the business serves. Combined with the new HubSpot-powered website and lead management workflows, the business is now better positioned to generate, capture, and convert new opportunities efficiently.
