What is the Project about?

Sepha ltd are a global manufacturer, providing specialised equipment to detect leaks, to deblister tablets and capsules from blister packs and to create blister packs for the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.

Sepha reached out to Wurkhouse with some concerns around their then website performance, including website speed, mobile functionality, and responsiveness. They wanted a new website that would rectify these problems as well as resonate with their target market more, increase their authority in the industry and improve their online presence.

The solution

Firstly, we learned about Sepha’s target market before mapping out the user journey to help streamline the website structure and ensure the platform resonated with their audience and raised the profile of the Sepha brand. We designed and developed a modern, professional, market leading digital platform that best represents the Sepha brand and engages their users, while also ensuring the website is easy to use and update by the Sepha team going forward. 

A prominent focus was placed on design and developing the digital platform from a marketing perspective, using great content, clear CTAs, onsite SEO best practices and using web core vital metrics to maximise the platforms success.  

After a year working together, Sepha approached us to help boost their lead generation in America, a competitive marketplace, through Google Ads. We developed a tailored PPC strategy to ensure optimum performance was achieved, generating impressive results.

Having seen the potential to nurture leads who had not yet converted, we worked with Sepha to develop an API that facilitated the multi directional data sync of leads, contacts and deals between HubSpot and ZoHo to ensure real time data In the CRM at all times so that contacts received the most relevant and tailored content for them. Following this, we built out a lead nurturing campaign for one of their key products in which we felt there was huge potential to convert warm leads. The content and marketing team at Wurkhouse developed engaging copy and built an automated workflow with a range of tailored emails, focusing on educational, thought leadership and promotional content. Ongoing HubSpot support is also provided to Sepha to ensure they can maximise their sales and marketing processes using the portal.
