We’re on the hunt for fresh creative blood – a talented and energetic Junior Designer with a genuine love and passion for graphic and digital design to join our team. What you’ll be doing

• Participating in various web and graphic design projects from concept to completion
• Work for a variety of clients and business areas
• Collaborate with the team to develop ideas, offering creative input and sharing ideas
• Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
• Presenting and discussing design concepts online and in person
• Continuously refining your skills
• Taking feedback as motivation, enlightening and inspiration
• Producing final artwork for production
• Liaising effectively with clients, managers and other team members

 

You’ll have

• Approximately 1 years’ experience in a design agency or related area
• Degree or equivalent in Design, Media or other relevant field
• An admirable portfolio
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Experience of designing for both web and print based medias
• Good typographic & layout skills
• A good sense of colour palettes, spacing, hierarchy and grids
• A great flair for amazing designs
• An abundance of self-motivation and inspiration
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Team spirit and joy in achieving more through great teamwork
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills online as well as in person with team and clients
• Diligence and exceptional attention to detail
• A thirst for new trends, best practices and new technology
• Ambition and drive to delve in and discover the most captivating solution for our clients

 

Nice to have too

• Illustration skills
• Sketching/scamping skills
• Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design
• Experience in Animation
